Ladder Theory Specific Terms

• LT - Ladder Theory
• IW - Intellectual Whore: 1, n.) A man who spends a great deal of intellectual or emotional involvement with a woman in an effort to gain physical attention from her. 2, adj.) Having the qualities or attitudes that an Intellectual Whore would have.
• IP - Intellectual Pimp: A woman who is the object of an IW's affection. She may or may not be aware that she is in the IP position, as IWs hardly ever make it clear that they actually want the woman in a sexual way. She also typically does not choose to take this position, since it is the IW who chose to get attached to her.
• OB - Outlaw Biker: 1, n.) A man who is more concerned with himself, his hobbies, "his forearm tattoo" (a cliche running gag), drugs, etc. than women. This is the typical "jerk" that girls run to so they can have wild sex with. 2, adj.) Having the attitude or demonstrating the attitude that Outlaw Bikers have, such as ignoring a woman completely when she's trying to talk to you, or owning a "hog" motorcycle.
• NB - Ninja Bitch: A very mean girl, but specifically, an IP who realizes she's in the IP position and abuses the priviledges
• CB - Cuddle Bitch: A guy who gets the priviledge of cuddling with a girl he's interested in, but nothing more. This is typically seen as settling for less, and a cause for blue balls, since typically guys in this situation actually want to have sex with this woman and aren't being upfront about it.
• KoD - "Kiss Of Death". A statement or action from a woman to a man telling him that she is in no way interested in sex or a relationship with him.
• LJBF - "Let's Just Be Friends", a form of KoD, and the two are used interchangably. Once hearing this, a man's dreams are basically crushed as he realizes he really has no chance with this woman.

Seduction Community Specific Terms

• fs - Fast Seduction or its community. The website acts as an encyclopedia of sorts for seduction techniques, and has information from all schools of thought, and articles from many different famous PUAs.
• mASF - Moderated alt.seduction.fast IRC channel and forum. This is the hub of the seduction community online, and where most PUAs trade their knowledge and ask advice. Most material on fs is gathered from the archives here.
• PUA - Pick-Up Artist: One who practices picking up women using trained, methodic skills.
• AFC - Average Frustrated Chump: Term coined by Ross Jeffries to describe normal beta males and their behaviors. Also thought of as "nice guys", or could just mean someone who's not trained in seduction. But typically AFCs are thought of as the wussy type of man.
• ASD - Anti-Slut Defense. The actions a girl uses to either rationalize her NOT being a slut (letting the guy know she's "taken" so that it is "his fault" when they hook up, etc.) or just a general defensive action taken by the woman so that she does not appear to be a slut to others. Often comes in the form of a shit test.
• GFTOW - Go Fuck Ten Other Women: Standard advice to get over a One-itis.
• NEXT - "Next", not an acronym, so much as a proper term. To completely forget about a woman you've been hung up on, and erase her from your life. See How to NEXT - by themuz.
• One-itis - To be obsessed with or hung up on one woman, typically leading to "tunnel vision" and not being open to considering new women. Can be used to refer to the girl being obsessed over, or to describe the emotional state a man has because of this women. e.g. "I talked to my one-itis today", or, "You have one-itis for that girl".
• LTR - "Long Term Relationship", or an established, typically exclusive relationship.

NOTE: FastSeduction and the seduction community are a separate entity that formed parallel in time with, but completely unrelated to, the Ladder Theory. Many of their terms and ideas are used and discussed within the IW forums, however for the purposes of this wiki, Ladder Theory is more the focus than seduction. As a separate community with their own vocabulary, only the most common terms used in relation to LT will be defined here. The rest of the seduction community's jargon can be found on their site. If you run across an acronym in this wiki that is not defined on this page, chances are it was a seduction term lifted from FastSeduction, and its relevence here is negligible, but you can find its definition at their website if you're still interested.
