Ok, so TeamSpeak failed, we did it over AIM chat. Here's my "minutes" of the meeting, as it were. All the notes.

-get iw.com domain from dallas

-buddix can host from his server a new forum, vBulletin format

-buddix (or someone) tweak out db usage specs to lighten load on forum

• possibly by restrictions on free accts, see below

-mods in place, restrict trolling to OT

-discuss minor details later to new forum, new features, like karma, skip to last post you read, etc.

-Premium vs free members, and their limitations/benefits.

• No search for free accts?
• No PMs for free accts?
• certain number of posts/topics per day for free accts?

-Rearrange hierarchy of pages.

• iw.com domain front page lists LT reprint from wiki
• Dallas' original LT MUST be preserved, and prominently displayed, if not at front page then on main wiki page. This is to ring through with misogyny to hard heads, while wiki gets same idea out maturely to others
• links to wiki and forum separately at bottom of front page

-Set up test forum and test front page from ladderwiki.com for time being, when settled in testing, transfer domain iw.com to point to new front page, and semi-private the wiki and the wiki's forum

-Desired Process of experience to new site:

• 1) See & read the LadderWiki. But they are unable to edit it. Maybe they love it, maybe they are pissed. Most probably just think it's funny & go away
• 2) But for those who are interested (either really like it or really hate it) They go to the IW.com forum and sign up for free accts, typically. That is the filter forum--where we mess w/ angry women and fuck w/ noobs and berate idiots
• 3)But every once in awhile, a quality guy shows up and gets invited to the secret WikiEdit

-Wikiedit forum publicly visible, only privately accessible, invite only

-Ronin Room equivalent completely hidden, top secret invisible, invite only

-Professionalism/maturity maintained throughout wiki

• Except personal addition articles, which MUST be credited to who said them, with sig. These really should not be posted except by who wrote it
• Dallas' original still preserved (as above) and prominently linked and accessed to, so that the hard hitting shake effect can reach audiences when necessary, which is common
