NB is short for Ninja Bitch, which is generally viewed as a very bad form of an IP. Note that to be a NB you don't always have to have IWs, so the general view is slightly off from what a NB actually is due to the fact that a NB may at any point not actually be an IP - perhaps no IW is foolish enough at the time to fall for her wily ways. This is just a clarification, however, showing that NB is just a state of mind, and you should understand that NBs generally have a whole freaking STABLE of IWs.
The Ninja Bitch is known for her overt as well as covert IP behaviour. She often crushes guys dreams just for fun, and is more than likely referred to as 'the Gold Digger'.
In other words, a Ninja Bitch in the position of an IP is the cruelest form of Ninja Bitch around. She is an evil, manipulative cunt who uses men for whatever she can take them for - pity, money, comfort, drama. You name it, she'll probably take it.
She is the equivalent of a male 'Super Player' (otherwise known as a PUA, PUM, or even GPUA), a guy who knows how (and practices his ability to) use women for whatever he can take them for - sex, money, etc.
