How to end you relationship with your IP / IP Tactful Closure

One of the reasons its difficult to stop being an IW, even after you've read the theory is because you've grown attached to your IP, and she has become attached to you as a friend, she is used to having you around, telling you her problems, possibly some hugging/holding hands if you are high on the friends ladder a.k.a. you're a cuddle bitch, and you try to suddenly NEXT her she's going to come after you, and you may not be able to handle it and go back to being her IW. If NEXTing fails, the following is your best way out:

"I have been attracted to you for a long time, and it is unpleasant for me to talk to you/be around you as a friend. I want to end my relationship with you and pursue more meaningful relationships with other women who are romantically attracted to me. I am confident that this will be good for me, and if you have any interest in my well-being, you will understand and accept my decision without complaint."

It will shorten the period of closure and make it less dramatic.
